What is CBD oil?

CBD oil is a compound found in cannabis and hemp. It is essential to note that in most cases, CBD does not contain delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the compound that gives marijuana its psychoactive properties. In fact, most CBD products are derived from hemp and not from marijuana.

CBD oil reduces anxiety in many pets, including separation anxiety and thunder phobia. It can also act as an agent against inflammation, making it a good soothing element for dogs suffering from arthritis.

CBD can also help other conditions your pup may suffer occasionally or chronically from nausea, epileptic seizures, anxiety, stress, digestion problems, arthritis, joint pain, and moderate to severe pain.

Studies have shown that dog treats with CBD oil may help reduce chronic pain by impacting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation, and interacting with neurotransmitters.

Studies have also seen that CBD can reduce anxiety, helps prevent itching, boost appetite, relieves chronic pain, relieves arthritis, helps reduce seizures, helps treat epilepsy, and prevents cancer.

CBD can also help other conditions your pup may suffer from occasionally such as stress, nausea, moderate to severe pain, joint pain, epileptic seizures, digestion problems, and symptoms from cancer.

Our treats that contain CBD will not cure your dog's condition if they may be suffering from the conditions metion above.

Which CBD oil do we use?

We prefer to use Pur IsoLabs CBD products. We place 3mg of CBD in each treat. More info about this product can be found at https://purisolabs.com/about/.

How many CBD treats should I give my dog?

Some animals do not have as many receptors as others and you may need to experiment to find the right amount and how often. Start with one treat and see if your dog may be feeling more relaxed in 30 – 60 minutes. If there is no change after an hour you can give your dog another treat.

Please follow the chart below to know how many treats to give your dog. Keep in mind that our treats have 3mg of CBD per treat.
